JamesHayter是南澳洲景观与城市设计事务所Oxigen的创始人，阿德莱德大学建筑和建成环境学院教授，在景观设计领域有着杰出的研究与实践。他自年7月起，担任国际风景园林师联合会(IFLA)主席。IFLA包含全球76个国家的风景园林协会，包括中国风景园林学会(CHSLA)。
